Understand the handover

We work through who acts next, which information they need and what the status labels mean. Existing products are considered before custom development. The result may be a configured tool, a small integration or a new application.

Prepare adoption and records

Scope can include intake, assignment, approvals, history, reporting and reviewed imports. Migration and training are planned with the people using the result. Staff changes and incomplete requests belong in acceptance testing.
