Baseline and outcome
State the current task, active rules, users, systems, provider versions, known failures, desired result, and evidence that would prove improvement.
CHANGE-PACKET / PROPOSED
A useful packet shows what happens today, why it must change, who approves the new meaning, when it becomes effective, what historical behavior remains, and how production will prove or reverse it.
Current source, screenshots, configuration, sample documents with sensitive data removed, provider events, reconciliation exceptions, approved wording, reports, and staff workarounds are better than an abstract wishlist.
State the current task, active rules, users, systems, provider versions, known failures, desired result, and evidence that would prove improvement.
Name business, Spanish, tax, ARCA, payment, data, support, technical, acceptance, release, incident, and rollback owners.
Describe the proposed version, date, affected customers and records, migration or grandfathering, external dependencies, support preparation, and stop conditions.
Provide representative old/new records, payment and document states, permissions, errors, reports, monitoring, reconciliation, production verification, and outcome review.
Facts and desired outcome are recorded, but unknowns and responsible decisions may still block implementation.
Lawful access and enough evidence exist to recover the baseline, inspect dependencies, and estimate a controlled slice.
The new version, fixtures, approvals, backup, staging, monitoring, rollback, and support plan have passed review.
Production evidence confirms the active version and outcome, or the rollback and incident record explain why it did not remain live.
