Location and language

Faith Forge Labs operates from the United States and does not claim a local office, local employees, local incorporation, local licence, or in-country support operation in Argentina.

The language used for contracts, meetings, technical documentation, user-facing content, translation review, and support is defined in the written scope.

No professional advice

Faith Forge Labs does not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, privacy, accessibility-certification, procurement, immigration, sanctions, export, or certified-translation advice. The client remains responsible for qualified review and final decisions.

Access and authorization

The client must have lawful authority to provide systems, accounts, records, data, credentials, content, and instructions. Work may be paused or declined when authorization, identity, payment path, safety, or lawful delivery cannot be established.

Scope and outcomes

Capabilities, price, schedule, vendors, environments, security controls, data handling, acceptance, warranty, support, and ownership are determined in the written agreement.

Technical work cannot guarantee revenue, rankings, adoption, approval, certification, continuous availability, or legal compliance.

Third parties and intellectual property

Project terms should identify ownership and licences for custom work, client materials, open-source software, vendor services, pre-existing tools, and third-party content.

Analytics

The microsite may use analytics to measure aggregate activity and contact-link interactions. Analytics implementation does not prove that a person completed an action or that an inquiry occurred.
